Child porn on prosecutor's computer

"An investigation has revealed he did not download the images deliberately."

Dear Editors of Expatica and the dutch "news agency" ANP:

In your whole story concerning the scandal around DA Tonino's downloading of child porno (most small boys) on his personal computer, you apparently deliberately forgot to mention that the biggest part of the porno was paid for by Tonino himself on his computer via PayPal etc. with his own credit card!

As was shown by crime investigating journalist # 1 in the Netherlands - Peter R. de Vries - in his TV program.*

That Tonino knowingly paid for the child porn sure does change the whole view of your story and mr. Tonino, or is anything OK for somebody in a function like that ?

Why did you spike / kill this important fact, confirming that this despicable DA knowingly paid for and loaded down his young children's porn membership items?

Journalistically seen this is not defendable but puts the writer of the item and your publication in a strange light and collaborators position.

A dirty case again of journalistst being lapdogs instead of what a journalist should be: a watchdog! You should permanently be checking those morally underdeveloped perverts in all fields, and absolutely not defend them by omitting or not reporting their crimes.

The day when 'journalists' started to create the false reality for us, the lies which their multinational bosses wanted us to believe, instead of reporting honestly on the reality, that's when journalism and the honor of our profession died.

This is the way the story is published, and underneath it, it shames Expatica and (rightfully so) ANP.

ANP - (Algemeen Nederlands Persbureau) - was a long time ago some kind of 'Netherlands National news Agency', and for halfway reliable, but than it was bought by the crooks of the neocon multinationals using Holland as their tax haven, by one of the mob: 'Fentener van Vlssingen'.

The multinational 'powers that be' feed the sheeple in Holland since decades what they - the managers - feel the sheeple may and should know. It's like in the United States and other countries, where the neocon owned mainstream media are part of the power game against the people, and fake and sell their multinational's propaganda.

Facts are often distorted or, like in this Tonino case, just not mentioned; that way changing the whole story.

It is their same lying and twisting, the same rotten fabrication of deeply perverted Newspeak which forces so many to believe their pack of lies.

The people taking part in this are traitors and cowards, but definitely NOT journalists.

Below is the misleading story as published by the totally unreliable ANP and Expatica: they should be ashamed, which ever editor put this text in public:

Quote: ''Child porn on prosecutor's computer

6 May 2005

AMSTERDAM — Child pornography has been found on the computer of former public prosecutor Joost Tonino, but an investigation has revealed he did not download the images deliberately.

The Public Prosecutor's Office (OM) said Tonino will not be charged because the photos were downloaded via normal internet surfing.

Crime reporter Peter R De Vries highlighted the case in his television programme on Thursday night.

It comes after Tonino was left red-faced when he threw out his computer with the household trash last year because he thought it was defective. A taxi driver found the computer and delivered it to the journalist.

The embarrassment cost Tonino his job as prosecutor of Amsterdam fraud cases and he was transferred within the department.

Speaking in the Thursday night broadcast, Amsterdam prosecution chief Leo de Wit said investigations had indicated the child pornography was accidental.

He said Tonino unintentionally and unconsciously had the images saved to his hard drive simply by visiting other sex sites.

De Wit said technical experts with the national police force KLPD were called in to determine how the images were actually transferred to the computer.

De Vries returned the computer last year to the OM, which then investigated the affair along with private files on the device.

Inquiries were completed several weeks ago and the OM concluded that Tonino had not committed a prosecutable offence.

Tonino said via a spokesman that should the matter threaten his work within the OM, he will consider resigning.

He regrets the broadcast by De Vries and said his private details were irrelevant in terms of his suitability as prosecutor. [end item]

You see: NOT ONE WORD about him paying his different porn club memberships (39) with his own credit card!

Especially the last sentence is sickening too: Tonino - chasing a new source of small boys - according to program maker Peter R. de Vries tried to get work as juridical adviser to the official dutch 'Youth Care' where he - as many understand - would get his victims for free.

The man clearly has misused his function, thinking people of his kind can get away with anything, for the umpteenth time confirming herewith the rotten way of thinking of the people running the country.

The collaboration by ANP - 'His Multinational Master's Voice' - is disgusting, but regrettably, that's their way nowadays.

The fact that Expatica too prints this misleading ANP manure, makes people think...

As is said in Dutch:

Beterschap !

P.S. Or would you have done the same 'omitting favour' to any 'John Doe'...?
