01/02/05 "ICH" -- Caught in gratuitous and illegal spying on American citizens, the Bush administration has defended its illegal activity and set the Justice (sic) Department on the trail of the person or persons who informed the New York Times of Bush’s violation of law. Note the astounding paradox: The Bush administration is caught red-handed in blatant illegality and responds by trying to arrest the patriot who exposed the administration’s illegal behavior

Bush has actually declared it treasonous to reveal his illegal behavior! His propagandists, who masquerade as news organizations, have taken up the line: To reveal wrong-doing by the Bush administration is to give aid and comfort to the enemy.

Compared to Spygate, Watergate was a kindergarten picnic. The Bush administration’s lies, felonies, and illegalities have revealed it to be a criminal administration with a police state mentality and police state methods. Now Bush and his attorney general have gone the final step and declared Bush to be above the law. Bush aggressively mimics Hitler’s claim that defense of the realm entitles him to ignore the rule of law.

BUSH HAS TOTALLY IGNORED THE LAW

Bush’s acts of illegal domestic spying are gratuitous because there are no valid reasons for Bush to illegally spy. The Foreign Intelligence Services Act gives Bush all the power he needs to spy on terrorist suspects. All the administration is required to do is to apply to a secret FISA court for warrants. The Act permits the administration to spy first and then apply for a warrant, should time be of the essence. The problem is that Bush has totally ignored the law and the court.

Why would President Bush ignore the law and the FISA court? It is certainly not because the court in its three decades of existence was uncooperative. According to attorney Martin Garbus (New York Observer, 12/28/05), the secret court has issued more warrants than all federal district judges combined, only once denying a warrant.

WHY, THEN, HAS THE ADMINISTRATION CREATED ANOTHER SCANDAL FOR ITSELF ON TOP OF THE WMD, TORTURE, HURRICANE, AND ILLEGAL DETENTION SCANDALS?

There are two possible reasons.

One reason is that the Bush administration is being used to concentrate power in the executive. The old conservative movement, which honors the separation of powers, has been swept away. Its place has been taken by a neoconservative movement that worships executive power.

The other reason is that the Bush administration could not go to the FISA secret court for warrants because it was not spying for legitimate reasons and, therefore, had to keep the court in the dark about its activities.

What might these illegitimate reasons be? Could it be that the Bush administration used the spy apparatus of the US government in order to influence the outcome of the presidential election?

These possible reasons for bypassing the law and the court need to be fully investigated and debated. No administration in my lifetime has given so many strong reasons to oppose and condemn it as has the Bush administration. Nixon was driven from office because of a minor burglary of no consequence in itself. Clinton was impeached because he did not want the embarrassment of publicly acknowledging that he engaged in adulterous sex acts in the Oval Office. In contrast, Bush has deceived the public and Congress in order to invade Iraq, illegally detained Americans, illegally tortured detainees, and illegally spied on Americans.

BUSH HAS UPHELD NEITHER THE CONSTITUTION NOR THE LAW OF THE LAND. A MAJORITY OF AMERICANS DISAPPROVE OF WHAT BUSH HAS DONE; YET, THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY REMAINS A MUTED SPECTATOR.

Why is the Justice (sic) Department investigating the leak of Bush’s illegal activity instead of the illegal activity committed by Bush? Is the purpose to stonewall Congress’ investigation of Bush’s illegal spying? By announcing a Justice (sic) Department investigation, the Bush administration positions itself to decline to respond to Congress on the grounds that it would compromise its own investigation into national security matters.

What will the federal courts do? When Hitler challenged the German judicial system, it collapsed and accepted that Hitler was the law. Hitler’s claims were based on nothing but his claims, just as the claim for extra-legal power for Bush is based on nothing but memos written by his political appointees.

The Bush administration, backed by the neoconservative Federalist Society, has brought the separation of powers, the foundation of our political system, to crisis. The Federalist Society, an organization of Republican lawyers, favors more "energy in the executive." Distrustful of Congress and the American people, the Federalist Society never fails to support rulings that concentrate power in the executive branch of government.

It is a paradox that conservative foundations and individuals have poured money for 23 years into an organization that is inimical to the separation of powers, the foundation of our constitutional system.

September 11, 2001, played into neoconservative hands exactly as the 1933 Reichstag fire played into Hitler’s hands.

Fear, hysteria, and national emergency are proven tools of political power grabs. Now that the federal courts are beginning to show some resistance to Bush’s claims of power, will another terrorist attack allow the Bush administration to complete its coup?

Athens - While the public order ministry and the national intelligence agency continue to deny allegations that secret agents kidnapped Pakistani immigrants, they have been forced to recall two Greek agents operating in Kosovo who were named by a newspaper, the front page of the Greek Sunday newspaper 'Proto Thema' names eight intelligence officers, including at least one British agent, in connection with the kidnapping and interrogation of 28 Pakistani immigrants in Greece

A NEW twist to the abduction saga emerged on December 28 when it was revealed that secret agents may be called to appear before a Greek court to answer a lawsuit alleging that 28 Pakistani immigrants were kidnapped and abused in Greece after the July bombings in London.

FILED A SUIT AGAINST ALL AGENTS* ALLEGED TO HAVE TAKEN PART IN THE OPERATION

Athens criminal lawyer Frangiskos Ragoussis, representing the Pakistanis who claim they were illegally taken from their homes and interrogated by Greek and British intelligence agents for several days, said he filed a suit against all agents alleged to have taken part in the operation. Eight intelligence officers, including at least one British agent, were named in Athens Sunday paper Proto Thema on December 24 as those responsible for the covert operation.

Seek the Briton's extradition

"I have sued everyone today named in that story as being part of the interrogation process and I have sued them for kidnapping and torture," said Ragoussis on December 28. He filed a complaint on December 27 against one British security agent and eight Greek agents. If formal charges are filed, Ragoussis said he would seek the Briton's extradition.

Ragoussis wants all the agents to appear in court before his clients so they can identify them. "I want them to appear before a Greek court and to have them face my clients to identify them and I have also requested that the tapes of the interrogations be played before the courtroom," he said.

The Greek public order ministry and the secretive National Intelligence Agency (EYP) have denied the allegations but have been forced to recall two Greek agents operating in Kosovo who were named in the story. EYP accused the newspaper of compromising security operations by naming the Greek officers and said the allegations were "completely unfounded". It also said its policy is "never to comment on media reports, especially when they refer to non-existing events".

In Britain, the government has forbidden (by D-Notice*) the British media to name their agent - [Nicholas Langman, see below] - whom the Athens weekly said was the chief of Britain's intelligence service MI6 in Athens. However, Sir Menzies Campbell of the Liberal Democrat party called for a parliamentary committee to investigate, despite Foreign Secretary Jack Straw's declaration that claims of British involvement are "complete nonsense".

"I think it is necessary for public confidence and also to get to the bottom of what are serious allegations for some further investigation to be carried out," Campbell said in a BBC radio interview.

The saga-turned-political scandal began on the night of July 15 when six Pakistanis and a Muslim from Kashmir were allegedly kidnapped, hooded and taken to a secret location near Athens, possibly to a villa in the northern suburb of Agia Paraskevi. They allege they were beaten and questioned for up to a week by Greek agents and at least two British officers.

Athens chief public prosecutor Dimitris Papangelopoulos is leading the investigation. He assigned the case to first-instance court public prosecutor Nikos Degaitis on December 28. The preliminary investigation was ordered by supreme court prosecutor Dimitris Linos at the request of Justice Minister Anastasios Papaligouras.

"This is a very serious case," Linos said on December 28. "Truth will prevail." He said it will receive top priority.

Meanwhile, Papangelopoulos will reportedly focus his investigation on the following: witness testimony of the Pakistani immigrants; the newspaper publication of the names of the Greek and British agents who allegedly abducted the Pakistani; the suit filed by Athens criminal lawyer Ragoussis and the document issued by a group representing EYP employees agents informing the prosecutor that the publication of the names of agents is illegal and also puts their lives in danger.

Political thorn

Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis discussed the matter with his ministers on December 28. The case, which first surfaced in August, weeks after the suicide attacks on London's underground and buses that killed 56, has become a thorn for the government as several opposition parties have asked Public Order Minister George Voulgarakis to appear in parliament to answer questions from fellow deputies regarding the case.

"Let's wait for the results of the ongoing investigation," Foreign Minister Petros Molyviatis told reporters after meeting with Karamanlis on December 28. "The government has already commented on this case."

The July 7 London bombings killed 56 people - including the four suspected suicide bombers, Britons of Pakistani descent. The Greek, British and Pakistani governments repeatedly have denied the claims. But Greek opposition lawmakers on December 27 called for an expanded judicial investigation.

"It is clear there has been a coverup of this issue at a high level," said Nikos Voutsis of the Left Coalition party. The socialist party said a hearing on the abduction claims has been scheduled for January 11.

"The question is whether this happened or not... If this indeed did happen, it creates problems for our national sovereignty," said Christos Papoutsis, a spokesman on security issues for the main opposition socialist Pasok party.

The Athens daily Rizospastis, mouthpiece of the Greek Communist Party, on December 28 put the blame on the New Democracy government and its Pasok predecessor. The paper's front page alleged the abductions are part of "secret agreements" signed between Greece and foreign agents.

In related news, George Karatzaferis, the charismatic leader of a rightwing populist party and one of Greece's 24 European parliament deputies in Brussels, informed Molyviatis about allegations that 24 immigrant Muslims were or are still being illegally detained at secret jails set up inside the American military base in Souda on the Greek island of Crete.

FPF/HR - Jan. 3d - 2006 - The information that every inhabitant of the Netherlands (16 million) is forced to carry a new so-called 'Social Service Number' has been available outside of The Netherlands, but was first confirmed last night in a very short item on the 'national propaganda smokescreen': the Dutch TV channel NOS, which has been and is shown to be a lobotomizing disaster for the 16+ million population of this small North Sea country, raped by the neocons.

Hardly anybody knew about the new 'earmarking' - the so called 'Social Service Number' as its Orwellian name is, because the mainstream media in The Netherlands are part of the 'starving the beast' policy of the malignant managers of Holland; the banks with their companies. All major newspapers are for instance owned by APAX, a London based multinational managed by Lord Cohen, one of the pack that wrecks the world.

Many of the people in The Netherlands have through the neocon media's abusing indoctrination lost track of reality, their wrong ideas backed up by fake 'opinion polls': 'the majority thinks like you' being the deceptive message.

That's why the treacherous, lying and cheating 'ministers' etc. in The Hague are war criminals, supporting - against the will of the people who pay those lousy bastards - with money and troops the banks 'New World Order' crimes: breaching all conventions by their killing and invading for profit.

The London banking establishment - which globally owns the so called 'insurance companies' - has now started the biggest heist ever of money and lives in this #6 richest country (for them) in the world.

The Dutch should have stopped those usurers in their rotten tracks, because now the poor, sick, and old people: everybody who can not pay those Shylocks their extra usuring of the NHS payments, will be banished as - what they already last year in Dutch called - 'wanbetalers', 'bad customers'.

For the Dutch people this term is pejorative: it degrades the poor sick people who have been plundered by them, to some rabble which refuses to pay or pays irregular and therefore can be banished. The figure of 'wanbetalers' given a year ago was three-hundred-thousand, now it's more or less officially said that with all 'illegal' foreigners etc. it could be more than one million human beings in need of medicare!

What those bankers and their vultures do is pure murder of sick people who can not afford their Shylock rates and payments for medicine or treatment. We've never had it so bad in Holland as with these mentally and morally sick 'bankers' who just don't give a damn whether you live or die: as long as you are profitable.

Elder, sick people by Henry Kissinger were called "Nutzlose Fresser", meaning 'useless eaters'.

To them, you are not a human being: you are a source of income.

THE OLD AGE PENSION

Many centuries ago there was no pension system, but in many cases, this was not really necessary because either the person had money stashed away or else - more frequently - the children took care of their parents. As to those without money or children, well they just died. In some countries though, it was the tradition that past a certain age, people committed suicide. It was even thought to be the decent thing to do.

Then came progress and technological advances with great increases in productivity, and the wise people of those days decided that the government should pay a pension to the old people out of taxation money which was thought to be logical and humane. But there was a greedy majority who insisted that people should pay themselves for any pension plan.

Then a major change occurred: while before genetical differences divided people into classes, gradually this (European) system was replaced by an American invention where people were divided according to the size of their wallet. They called it "freedom", whatever they meant by that crack. Thus people gradually became divided into three new classes. The first group included the very wealthy. In a second group (the middle class), people were neither wealthy nor poor. And a third group, the lower class was made of the very poor people.

And, under the leadership of the Evil Empire, that is the way it rapidly evolved in most countries of the world. But NOT quite like that in the United States, where greed and selfishness were - Bible in hand - actively encouraged and considered as (Zionist) virtues.

As expected the situation worsened continuously as the wealthy few (the plutocrats) became at the same time wealthier and wealthier and fewer and fewer. . . No coincidence, they also became more and more powerful. They managed to stop paying taxes and to finance terrorism both in their own country and abroad. The main reason for this terrorism is that it justifies lucrative wars of conquest. Terrorism is the crutch without which Uncle Sam's plutocrats couldn't survive.

In order to safeguard their vast fortunes and further increase their already huge profits, the plutocrats needed total psychological control of the masses, which in turn required NEGATIVE EDUCATION.

Thanks to sports, drugs and other wasteful activities, the plutocrats scored full success in the production of slave-citizens. This to the point that a large number of average Americans believe what they see and hear on television, support their troops of pervert gangsters and even support their evil government.

PAYING A FEW BILLION FOR PENSIONS... NO WAY

But all this is another story. In the present case, this leads to an obvious conclusion: spending TRILLIONS of dollars for lucrative war and terrorism... that is OK, but paying a few billion for pensions... NO WAY. And how does the well-indoctrinated, thoroughly brain-washed fool-citizen react? Why, he does nothing of course, being a patriot and knowing that the Washington D.C. criminals are above the law and have to be supported.

Therefore, thanks to American "patriots", the wealthy few (the PLUTOCRATS), can continue their devilish work while the fool-citizens get FREEDOM in exchange... the freedom to die in misery: they have it worse than slaves.

Since the age of 62 (15 years ago), each month the Government of Canada and the Government of Quebec, each pay me a pension. It is not enormous but it is enough to live on. All together the total varies from $1200 to $1400 a month. It increases each year. In addition, the rent of my comfortable apartment is partly subsidised too. Electricity is free, heating is free, bus transportation is free. We also get free bread and other free or low cost items. Should I need a doctor, it is free, or an ambulance? It is free too. Perfect, but that is because I live in Socialist Canada. Thank God, I don't live in Fascist USA, ruled by a Nazi government and supported by 300 million brainwashed sheep.

Indeed, were I to live in the fascist United States it would be another story. Over there, they charge and overcharge you for everything and when you are old and useless, they let you die. Well, they don't exactly let you die... THEY KILL YOU and then make believe it is a suicide or what they call an "act of God" (like in New Orleans) or "terrorism" (like the Twin Tower Demolition).

What does the ordinary American do? As a "patriot" he does NOTHING! True, the main reason is that the poor creep is totally brainwashed from crib to grave by newspapers, television, cinema and mostly by desinformers who are paid by the government to pretend they know for a fact that America is OK... but it is the foreigners who are the criminals. Why this? For several reasons but mostly because the culture of hatred towards foreigners generates huge profits for the Military-Industrial Complex.

FOOLING PEOPLE ALL THE TIME

But in order to more easily confuse and mislead the masses, they even reduce everything to a matter of DEMOCRATS VERSUS REPUBLICANS... just as if there was a difference between the two! That is the way desinformers make their living: fooling people all the time... and they do a good job of it!

Thus the desinformers are part of the American culture which is based on HATRED of foreigners and coloured people, and support for the American Nazi system. The amount of Lies and fables, false witnesses, paid immigrants, false refugees is simply awesome. The intent is to completely confuse the ordinary American who is intentionally kept ignorant and illiterate in order to be easier to fool.

Why is this so? Because they have no choice! The plutocracy needs to increase its fabulous fortune amounting to trillions of dollars. As I said before, greed and selfishness inevitably become a disease for which there is no cure. The plutocrats are building their fortune out of two sources of income: (1) the 300 million sheep of America, (2) The 6.5 billion fools of the world.

How do they do this? First through terrorism, organised and financed by Washington, and second by tightly controlling the world media. Typical examples are the Beslan and Moscow terror attacks organised and financed by US agents (see my articles #90: BESLAN TERROR LOGIC and #91 (in Russian): KORNI TERRORISMA). In all cases naive, gullible human beings believe what they read in the papers and especially what they see in the whorish TV.

There is another dreadful aspect to all this. How can you pacify 300 million persons? Well, It is unfortunately rather easy. There is plenty of scientific evidence showing that tens of millions of Americans of all ages are currently taking mind altering drugs which have documented side-effects of SUICIDAL TENDENCIES, MANIA, PSYCHOSIS AND FUTURE DRUG DEPENDENCE.

As these little monsters grow up, they become - wilfully or not - PLUTOCRATIC AGENTS, better known as DESINFORMERS who have for unconscious objective to create confusion and artificially boosted ignorance among people. And so far unfortunately, they have achieved FULL SUCCESS!

THEY AIM TO EXPLOIT THE WHOLE WORLD.

Once upon a time, the plutocracy was satisfied with exploiting the Americans... it was an American problem! But now - of course - this is no longer enough. They aim to exploit the whole world. Unfortunately since the US brainwashing covers the entire world, we can assume that instead of 300 million fools, they will have to deal with 6.5 billions fools... and we can also assume that these 6.5 billion fools will react just like the Americans do: they will do nothing and just wait for death to come. Aren't there any more revolutionaries like in the old days? Apparently not!

Some scientists claim (but secretly because they know the cost of telling the truth) that the US plutocracy is actually spreading chemicals intended to render people will-less and courage-less. This may be true but their chemicals haven't yet affected me... so far! Maybe some day they will manage to make a Bushist out of me.

Anyway, let's look at the facts:

1. I get a good pension but even in Canada - under pressure from Washington - future older people may not be so lucky. Ten or twenty years down the road , they may even get nothing... apart from three bullets in the head!
2. It is absolutely illogical that a super rich nation like the USA, stealing billions of dollars from all over the world, cannot even care for its old people... yet the American fools accept that!... They are patriots, see!
3. Unless the people of the world revolt against their own US-controlled government, it is going to grow worse and worse until the US achieves its planned depopulation program.
4. But how can the people of the world revolt when they are all brainwashed into believing the fables and lies spread by thousands of (well-paid) US desinformers?

The result? The same thing that has happened in the USSR (the KATASTROFKA) with Gorbachev and other traitors (e.g. Solzhenitsyn), will happen everywhere... and everywhere people will die in misery... just as is happening inRussia RIGHT THIS INSTANT. Meanwhile, the plutocrats sitting in their secret atom-proof shelters in the US, will keep on increasing their wealth and power.

You may doubt the power of the plutocracy! Well just take a good look at what is going on in France! There, US agents have succeeded in creating racist disorders the size of which France has never seen... and I know what I am talking about.

I lived for a number of years in Clermont-Ferrand, Puy de Dôme, even had a chicken farm in Tyrande. I had to quit and move to Canada when I felt US interference was just becoming straight terrorism. The pigs wouldn't leave us in peace to enjoy French freedom and Democracy. First, we had the German Nazis then, the American Nazis.

WHAT IS THE FUTURE FOR THE WORLD?

I' ll let you guess. Unless you are part of the thoroughly brainwashed fools, YOU WILL KNOW WHAT IS IN STORE FOR US ALL! The solution? Only a world revolution against GREED and SELFISHNESS which have now infected the highest levels of government!

That is what more and more so-called "subhumans" are thinking. Hence the world's prayer: "May God destroy the evil United States before the United States destroys the world".

THERE IS SOME LOGIC IN ALL THAT!
